[UWSArchery] AGM and nomitations

          hey everybody! 
  just to remind you all that our AGM is being held on monday 12th feb and that we need at least 25 people to turn up. It starts at 7.00pm and will last about 20mins, so could you all make a real effort to come . For those coming could you please read the constitution which can be found on the club website under documents.
   
  Nominations open on monday for those of you who want to run for election  to an executive committee position.The positions are captain, coach, secretary, treasurer and social secretary. For those of you thinking about running for one of these positions it is advised that u read the constitution to see what the job involves. The constitution can be found on the club website under documents.
   If you want to put yourself forward please come and get a nomination form from me and fill it out and then hand it back to me or a member of the committee.
   
  Nominations will close on monday the 26th feb and voting will take place on Monday 5th march. 
   
  Nomination and voting rules = only those members who joined before christmas may vote. Candidates can vote for themselves. Anyone can propose and second a candidate. candidates will be given the chance to give a speech to the the club before voting commences.
