If you aren't going to BUSA (see list on website for names), then ignore all the rest below, have a great summer, and hope you all enjoyed yourselves in the club. I won't be back next year, so all the best for the future! If you are going to BUSA, stuff you'll need to know is below...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry about the sort notice, I've only recently found out the finalised details myself!

We leave for BUSA tomorrow (Friday, 15 June), meet on Fulton House steps (or inside if it's raining) at 11am. We have a bus with roofrack, I hope to fit everything inside, but in case it doesn't have your stuff prepared to go on the roof. I'll try not to destroy the tarpaulin any more this time!

We will stop at Wales Archery Specialist on the way up, if we have time (as if we'd be running late...)

Food-wise, we'll be going to ASDA on the Friday night, after setting up tents. If it's nice the club will be buying some BBQ's for everyone to use (you can buy your food then). If it's grotty we'll prob find a pub instead. Anyone not wanting either of those, I'll be bringing a petrol stove and pots/pans.

Friday night we're camping in the grounds at Lilleshall. Remember a sleeping bag, etc. People bringing tents are Jack, Vicki, Owen, Ali (via Craig), Skye, Ian, (Malcolm?). If that's you, don't forget it!

Saturday is the shoot, if you haven't packed your bow you'll look very silly. If you have club kit, check it makes it onto the minibus, it will be too late when we get there. If you have club Jazz arrows, bring them in case we need spares.

Saturday night, Mark Baggott, Simon, Vicki and Malcolm are going back to Swansea by car (shooting a York at Neath on the Sunday). Everyone else is camping again. Dependant on weather, much like eating arrangements on Friday (i.e. BBQ/similar). Buy all the food up there (unless you already have!) so it stays fresher and we have more space in the bus.

Keep your eyes on Archie and his wife-to-be, especially with camping they're going to be highly sought after! Anyone with plans for Bath's minibus, bring anything you may need. Best of luck with the shooting, see you all tomorrow. Don't forget the suntan cream....

Jack
