[UWSArchery] Christmas meal and club clothing

Hi everyone,
 
it's nearly that time of year again and the details for our christmas meal have been finalised.
 
It'll be held on the 3rd December (not the 10th as on the social calender) in the Oxwich Bay Hotel, where we'll be joined by the Hiking Club and SSWIGS.
 
This is one of the highlights of the social calender and club members are welcome to bring friends or partners along.  All transport to the Hotel is also provided, so heres the details:
 
Cost: £22
Dress Code:Formal - suits and dresses (preferably women in dresses but if any of the men are that way inclined don't let us stop you!)
Meeting: 5.30pm in JCs
 
The menu is as folllows:
 
Starters:
Leek and potato soup
Creamy garlic mushrooms on a garlic bread crostini
Melon and mango salad with a strawberry and honey dressing
 
Main Course:
Roast Welsh beef yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce
Traditional breast of Pembrokeshire turkey, fresh herb stuffing and cranberry sauce
Escalope of fresh salmon with a tarragon and chilli butter
Roast Mediterranean vegetables wrapped in a filo parcel, served with a fresh tomato sauce
 
Deserts:
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Homemade sherry trifle
Fresh fruit salad in a lavender scented syrup
 
The deadline for buying tickets will be the 12th November and an announcement will be made about it at Mondays session for anyone who doesn't see us before then.
 
Finally, just a quick word about club clothing, if anyone has ordered any and not yet paid for it then could you pay Cat at Mondays session (12th November).
