Hey guys,
 
I just need to clarify a few things. Firstly, i've already mentioned it in a few sessions and stuff but to make it official: I hereby give 2 weeks notice (from yesterday) that the UWSAC Annual General Meeting is to be held at the Pavilion Gym on the 18th Feburary at 7pm. Anybody wishing to raise any items has to submit them to me (Ali) by Sunday 17th February in order for them to be put on the agenda. It is important that we need 25% of the club there in order for the meeting to count and it shudnt take too long so please turn up and get it out the way.
 
As for this Saturday, 9th Feb, because of the field shoot and the fact that there will not be a committee member to run it, there will be no saturday session this week. 
The details for the Fieldshoot itself are below (and on the website) but the list of the names of those going is on the website ONLY. If you want to go, please make sure your name is there. I may have forgotten someone or you may not have said you wanted to go yet but there are still spaces so drop me a line in either case.
 
Fieldshoot Sat 9th. Feb.
Depending on what time the minibus is available from, we shall need to leave quite early, so the provisional time for meeting at the front of Fulton house will be 8.30, for a departure time of 9. MPF's are £3.50 based on 15 people going so if there are a couple less of us that may be slightly more.The cost of Wye valley itself is around what it normally is at about £7.50. Bring a packed lunch, as it gets dark quite early and therefore we will go to the pub at the end of the day not in the middle.Anybody who wants any kit from the cupboard (arrows/bows) please let Ali know by Thurs but be aware there will be a £10 deposit on arrows (repayable on return) but any damage will need to be paid for in full.
