[UWSArchery] Photo and Fieldshoot

Hey everyone,
 
jus to let you know this years Archery Club photo (done by whomever the au get to do it) is to be on wednesday at 3.35 in the gym where we normally are. It is worth it coz it looks quite good and hopefully being a wed. afternoon everyone shud b free so come down and have ur picture taken with the rest of us! Its likely to be around £15 (i think less) and last year it worked best if you brought money with you.
 
I have confirmed that the minibus is available from when we want it so we will be meeting for the fieldshoot on sat at the front of Fulton house at 8.30, for a departure time of 9. MPF's are £3.50 based on 15 people going but i think there are only 13 of us so that means about £4. The cost of Wye valley itself is around what it normally is at about £7.50. Bring a packed lunch, as it gets dark quite early and therefore we will go to the pub at the end of the day not in the middle.Anybody who wants any kit from the cupboard (arrows/bows) please let Ali know by Thurs but be aware there will be a £10 deposit on arrows (repayable on return) but any damage will need to be paid for in full. Im guessing (no guaruntees) that we should be back for around 7pm (depending on how long we spend in the pub).
