Hi guys


As you may know it is the executive committee elections today and i need
to 
try and persuade you! please go and vote! secondly for those of you who
were 
unimpressed by those demonstrators who attended the society awards,
those 
same ones are running unopposed in the elections so

please please please go and put on your forms to reopen voting against 
Sheila ( for something to do with childcare!) and they guy who is
running 
for post grad?

I am not at all against the activists and thier cause, but those guys
who i 
have mentioned are those that ruined our night on Tues and will continue
to 
do so next year if they get in. Please take two minutes out today to go
and 
vote in fulton house.

Also their is an AGM this eve in dinning room c at 5.30 the socialists
are 
trying to put through a motion that the SU shoud concentrate all funds
and 
resources next year on outing the Vice Chancellor, this will quite
obviously 
damage the status of our society. If you believe that they are wrong
please 
come to the meeting, i want my last year to still have funding for fun 
things like ents not just protesting!! (the new committe should
especially 
think about attending)

Obviously i cannot and do not want to force anyone to vote or attend if
they 
do not agree, i hope noone minds me sending this email
