[Cheerleaders] SAFETY AT REHERSALS

Hello everyone!  I would just like to send a quick reminder to everyone drawing your attention to some of the safety issues addressed in our constitution - you should all have signed and read through the constitution saying that you will abide by these issues
 
Please can we have NO long finger nails - if you can see them over the top of your fingers (when looking from the palm side) they are too long.  This can be very dangerous for both yourself and others in your stunt group!
 
NO jewellry please - this means no necklaces tucked under t-shirts, no belly rings/bars hidden under clothes - any piercings that cannot be taken out please cover with a plaster!
 
NO zips on your clothes please - I personally had a scar on my face last year (from a zip on my flyers trousers) for the Varsity performance!
