[Cheerleaders] welcome meeting

Hello Everyone!!

Welcome to the cheerleading society!!  Thankyou for all showing your 
interest in us.  Our welcome meeting will take place on wednesday 6th 
october, at 6pm in the green room (the smalll room the other side of divas). 
  Could you all please bring with you:

membership money (for those of you who haven't already paid)

emergency contact details (you will need to fill in an emergency contact 
form at the meeting, so please
                                       have these to hand - even those of 
you returning from last year)

a copy of your timetable (we will be trying to arrange practises and will 
need to know what times are
                                    best for everyone)


After the meeting, we will be having our first "get to know you" social, 
which will take place at The Toad on wind street in town, £5 all you can 
drink, and then onto wherever else we decide to go!!
