Hi girlies,
Hope your having a fab summer. Just a few things...
The date of the opening ceremony has changed now to the 27th August. This 
means that you dont have to be in Swansea until the 20th. We still need 
everyone for the whole of the week as there are a few minor changes to the 
routine.
We Have 8 new girls are a result of cheer idol (including jo). 5 of which 
are fantasitic gymnasts, who can already stunt. Hence the changes to the 
routine.
I know it the summer but it would be great if everyone maintains the level 
of fitness they left with in June..maybe even improve it..i know im going 
too! Strength is definatly an area where quite alot of us can improve. Im 
gonna come back with arms like WWE Wrestlers. Hehe.
Another thing the uniforms are no going to be made by first cheer now. Due 
to delays etc they order wont be made in time. Therefore Annalisa has phoned 
around numerous costume making companies and found one in Brecon thats going 
to make them. The skirts are going to be the same but the tops are going to 
be slightly different.
