Hi girls

Just to say...your all doing fab....just keep practicing today..no matter 
how good you are you can always be better!im dancing around the national 
assembly right now as i type this! lol

All have a nice relaxing bath today to tend to those aching muscles....and 
start fresh 2moz! :)

please please please be at rehearsal on time...i have made a schedule and i 
want to keep to it!

ps only one more week of bitch emma!! ill be back to smiling happy self 
then.....well until the next comp/perfromnace etc
