[SUCS Devel] SUCS Site svn

Hello!

Some of you may be subscribed to devel at lists.sucs.org and might have 
seen that I have been committing to the sucs site recently.

The site stuff in the svn is now a proper working copy of the site, that 
means if we were to blow away /var/www/sucssite we could recreate it 
from the svn (sans the database). There was some odd stuff missing like 
an incomplete settings file etc...

Also the static content is now in the svn, I think it's more useful 
having a history of what changes have happened rather than just a log of 
who changed it last.
