So,

I say we let the gitlab become the face of projetcs.sucs.org.

Gitlab already has more repos than the current projects setup.

I've mirrored what we have in terms of features to the gitlab VM, that 
includes trac and svn.

http://gitlab.sucs.org/projects will take you to the old list of 
projects where you can then see the trac.

http://gitlab.sucs.org/projects/mw as an example of trac working fine.

http://gitlab.sucs.org/svn/staff/ as an example of SVN working fine 
with all the old auth still in tact.

If projects. was pointed to the VM, there would be no breakages for end 
users, as none of the urls would change.

Thoughts?
