Hello everyone!

This Sundays walk is on the north side of the beacons in the area surrounding the Usk Reservoir, despite being in the beacons it is a nice easy A1 grade! Cost of the walk is £5, we can only take 15 people and because places are limited we would like everyone to pay when they put their names down so please come along to our sign up in JCs between 12.30 and 1.30 on Wednesday or Friday. Email one of the committee if you can't make these times and we'll arrange to meet up.

This Wednesday is our 'around the world pub crawl' on wind street. Each bar represents a country and you should try to drink something associated with that country whilst in the bar, e.g Austrailia could be fosters or for the USA Jack Daniels etc. This social is always alot of fun so please come along! :) Meet 8pm in Yates.

This week we are also announcing our Easter trip which this year will be to Snowdonia from the 20th to the 24th of March. This five day trip includes 3 full days hiking, 2 half days hiking on the day we arrive and leave, accomodation for 4 nights and transport. We're staying in a fantastic bunkhouse / hostel with stunning views to the coast and over to Anglesey, next door is a climbing wall which we plan to visit at least one evening. Check out our pictures from last years trip! http://www.hiking.org.uk/gallery/snowdonia08
The cost of this will be the bargain price of £65! Places are limited and so you can secure yours by bringing a £20 deposit to signup.

We were orignally planning on doing a night hike next week but this has now been moved to the 9th of March so more info next week!

Hope to see you all soonly!
Chris
