[SUCS] Withdrawal of web proxy service

Sadly we are forced to withdraw access to our web proxy (platinum) to on
campus users. This is due to the illegal actions of one or more of our
users who have been using it to aid them torrenting films and other
copyrighted material.

Unfortunately for them the studio noticed before we did.

If you are using platinum as your proxy on campus you will need to
switch to the main campus proxy (wwwcache.swan.ac.uk) as direct access
to platinum will be disabled after the 14th of December.

If you are illegally downloading copyrighted material take note, you can
be found fairly easily.
