[SUCS] Results of Members meeting 09/12/2014

Hello,

The members meeting was in quorate and we were able to have votes on 
changes to the constitution.

The first vote was on just correcting the spelling mistakes, which 
passed. Those mistakes have been corrected and the new corrected version 
can be found at the usual place of https://sucs.org/About/Constitution

The second vote was to develop changes to the constitution to be 
presented and voted on at the next AGM. This vote also passed.

All changes bar 2.2.4 and 2.5 are grammatical. And position of 
Chairman/Chairwoman has been renamed to President.
