Hello all,

We will have our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 6 April 2017 at 6pm in 
Digital Technium 002 (Students' Union Meeting Room).

To find the room, walk in through the main entrance of the Digital 
Technium building, then go through the double doors to the left of the 
lifts, then go through the doors to the left of the Students' Union 
reception and follow the corridor to the meeting room.

The AGM gives members of the society an opportunity to help decide on 
what the society does and focuses on the year ahead. Additionally, it 
gives people a chance to bring up any issues or concerns they might 
have.

As promised, here is this year's AGM agenda:

2. Confirm last AGM's minutes
3. Treasurer report
4. Secretary report
5. Gaming Officer report
6. President Q&A
7. Ratification of the Publicity Officer
