STUDENT MICROSOFT OFFICE TRAINER /DROP IN ADVISOR

This placement offers an ideal opportunity for interested students to
gain experience of delivering front line advice and assistance and
customer care within a Higher Education institution (ideal for anyone
interested in Education, Training or Customer Interaction)
  Participants will gain valuable transferable skills including but not
limited to workplace practice, trouble shooting and cooperative 
learning

  The placement will be centred on the delivery of Microsoft Office drop
in sessions for fellow students at the library. The sessions will be
planned and designed with the help of a librarian, and can be fit 
around
the students' timetables.

  Sessions are intended for students who

~NEED FIRST TIME HELP OR REFRESHING IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILLS (WORD
,EXCEL , OUTLOOK , POWERPOINT ETC)

~WORRY ABOUT THE IT ELEMENT OF THEIR COURSE

OUR SOFTWARE TRAINERS WILL OFFER
