<div>The Computer Society (SUCS), in partnership with the Computer Science department, is hosting a "Lightning Talks" event on Thursday evening. This will be the 10th anniversary of the Swansea University Computer Society Lightning Talks.</div>

<div>These are short 5 to 10 minute talks on a range of topics, not just in the field of computer science. We have many people, studying a range of subjects, who would like to share their enthusiasm with you; at a previous event, somebody delivered a talk about
farming alpacas! We've also had lecturers deliver talks on topics that interest them, such as data mining and surveillance.</div>

<div>If you would like to give a talk, then we'd love to hear from you. Please email

<div>It will take place in Room 909, Ground Floor, Talbot building (follow the yellow "Technocamps" signs to find it).</div>

<div>The event will run from 6pm until 7.30pm</div>

<div>Afterwards, there will be a social gathering in JCs Bar.</div>
