Hi all

Just a reminder that freshers fayre starts TOMORROW outside fulton house at
10:30 till 16:30. For those of you wishing to renew your membership, things
will be done slightly different this year...

First of all, NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED AT STANDS. This isn't our
choosing, this is just the way all sports clubs and societies will be done
this year. Instead you'll need an SUMC barcode (available from our stand)
to add to your 'shopping list' of clubs/societies you want to join. Once
you have all the barcodes you want, you 'checkout' and pay for all the
societies you want. This is done with cash and card (presumably) at several
'pay stations'. The main massive benefit of this is that you don't have to
guess the amount of cash you need to draw out from fulton house, simply
take your flexible friend (no, not a cam...)

This system is new to us too so please bare with us. As well as visiting us
for your barcode, WE NEED YOU TO COME TO THE STALL TO FILL OUT INDEMNITY
FORMS. Simply grabbing a barcode isn't enough and your membership will be
INVALID without an indemnity form!!!

If you can *get in earlier* than later, you should be able to beat queues
and get out of the tent before the masses of freshers invade. Hopefully
this E-mail should give you a heads up of what to expect.

So remember:

   - Come to our stand
   - Fill out indemnity forms
   - Take barcode and attach to 'shopping list'
   - 'checkout' shopping list
   - Climb happily ever after

Good luck, and see you tomorrow! Any questions will be answered quickest on
the facebook page.

Matt Ev

P.S. some of us will be walking around in gear again so if you get lost,
listen out for the hexes!
