 We should parse talker messages internally (bunch of pre-regcomp'ed
 regexs) for URLs and write the output to a db.

 This will replace the current kludge method used my mwURI.

 store: username, datetime, URL, NSFW.

 Add a .uri command, to list back the history.

 .uri                  show the last N (N=10?) URLs posted
 .uri list             show your own last URLs numbered
 .uri list all         same as '.uri'
 .uri list foo         show user foos last URLS
 .uri nsfw n           mark the n'th url from your history as nsfw
 .uri -log n           remove the n'th url from your history
   (offer delete and rm as synonyms for -log perhaps)
