Please forward any relevant information to whoever you think may be
interested or is responsible........

The Dance Society have a Christmas social on Thursday 8th December at St
Helen's Rugby Ground. For £20 you get a 2 course Christmas carvery, a DJ,
and there will also be a bar (obviously) and a chocolate fountain. Please
e-mail dance_soc_swan at hotmail.com ASAP if you are interested.
The SU Societies Team would like to remind you that we would like Event
Forms, Risk Assessments and Budget/Travel Budget Planners handed in at least
2 weeks in advance of your event.
Please note that cheques cannot be raised immediately. Please allow at least
3 working days for them to be drawn up. If you hand a cheque requisition in
on Monday it should be ready by Wednesday, and if you hand one in on
Wednesday it should be ready by Friday. However, certain circumstances may
arise that mean you may have to wait a full week, and this emphasises why
you should be very organised when putting together an event (please note the
point made above).
The next SGM is on the 9th of February at 6pm in the Faraday Lecture
Theatre.
