Please pass on relevant information to your membership


 

*	Please do not invite or publicize your events that are held on SU
premises to members of the public. Unless you have a guest pass for them or
they have a valid Swansea University student card, they will not be allowed
access. 

 

*	On behalf of the Finance Department and myself, I would like to
remind you all that cheques take a minimum of 3 days to be written. Cheques
will now be written on Mondays and Thursdays ONLY. For the sake of
departmental and society efficiency please make sure you adhere to this
policy.

 

*	The dates for the next Student General Meetings (where attendance by
one of your committee members is compulsory or a fine will be levied on your
society) are: February 1st, February 22nd, March 22nd, May 3rd, June 14th.
Please make a note of this in your diaries.
