[All-societies] Training diary.....

Hi,

 

Childline Cymru are looking for a student to complete the triathlon fun
challenge in Swansea on April 20th and they are asking for any students who
could make an "interesting story" to keep a diary for the Evening Post over
the next few months - just detailing their training / sponsorship etc.

 

They aren't looking for uber-fit athletes who can run marathons but instead
they are looking for ordinary students who may see this as a challenge. You
may be recovering from illness/injury, be overweight and trying to slim
down, or have an interesting background.

The actual triathlon involves a cycle along the sea front, swimming in the
Olympic pool and then a run.

 

If you are interested in being this person and keeping a short diary each
week for the Evening Post to publish then please get back to me by Thursday
(10th). Please feel free to pass this on to any other students you think may
be suitable.
