Offas Dyke, and last chance for the Christmas Dinner!!!

Hope the end of term rush of deadlines isn't too hectic, cos you're gonna miss out on some good fun otherwise!
 
Firstly, this Sunday December 5th is our last walk of term (sob!) to Offas Dyke on the Welsh borders. This is a B graded walk, costing just £3.50, so not too strenuous- a fine way to get away from all the hustle and bustle of end of term stress! Sign ups this week as usual. 
 
Then, on Monday 6th December, as if you didn't know already it is <drum roll> the Christmas Dinner!!! So, if you haven't got your posh frock/smart suit out and cleaned it up, get yourself sorted. Those of you still dithering about tickets, you can buy them (you know you want to really) today at the sign up, but after this contact George if you want to come, and we'll see if you can be squeezed in! We need to give numbers asap so no more tickets will be sold at sign ups. If you can't make it today (or are reading this after the sign up) either email info at uwshiking or reply to this email, and we'll try and sort out a ticket for you.
 
The winner of the T-shirt competition has been chosen, and will be announced at the Christmas dinner. Well done to all who took part, and we'll look forward to seeing the winning design on Monday.
 
Entries for the photo competition can still be emailed to info at uwshiking, so get snapping, and see what you can come up with. The winner will recieve a free walk, courtesy of the club!
