Hiya folks,

I am sending this email out early so that if anyone has any queries or needs some of the kit they have plenty of time to sort it out!

Righto... The only kit out of the ordinary that you will need is a sleeping bag and pillow case (and towel etc.). The accommodation has full cooking facilities and fridges. There is likely to be an opportunity to re-supply during the trip, but you may want to bring as much food as you think you will need. You will need money for pubs and cafes etc. if you want!

Other kit requirements are as normal. However, the nature of the terrain means that boots are still important, as are waterproofs (since the weather can change surprisingly quickly). Hopefully it will be beautifully sunny though, which means bringing something to carry plenty of water in is essential (a rucksack of at least 25 litres)! Sun cream and sun hats are also advisable - While also remembering that the top of the mountain is much cooler than the bottom!

The final cost will be £45. A bargain!

See you then!

Alex

P.s. Since the Rhinogs weekend, the Club offically owns some tea bags, so no problems there :-D

P.p.s. Oh, and if anyone is interested there are showers and everything.
