[SUCS] AGM, Admin Meeting and Lightning Talks

Hello all,
The SUCS AGM is going to take place on Thursday 3^rd March at 6pm in the 
Robert Recorde Room, the deadline for motions will be a week before, 
Thursday 24^th February, at the end of the lightning talks, an email 
will then be sent out then with a copy of the agenda, either email any 
motions to exec at sucs.org <mailto:exec at sucs.org> or give them to us in 
writing.

It has been brought to my attention that some of the newer members may 
not be aware of what the lightning talks are and so they are talks by 
members on any subject, preferably technical, that around 10 minutes in 
length, please reply if you're interested in making a talk.

Also, an admin meeting is planned for Thursday 10^th March, 6pm, Robert 
Recorde, any members wishing to get involved in the running of SUCS is 
welcome to attend.

Attached is last year's AGM minutes.
