[SUCS] Members Meeting

Hello,

One of our members has spotted a few grammatical mistakes and issues in 
our constitution. Another one of our members has pointed out that our 
constitution is not gender neutral.

I have been over the constitution and have attempted to correct it. For 
these changes to be accepted we need to hold a members meeting where 10% 
of the student membership needs to be present to vote on the changes.

The members meeting will be held on the 9th of December at 6PM in the 
SUCS room.
