[SUMC] Training

Hi everyone,

Every Wednesday starting on the 27th (this Wednesday), I will be holding
training sessions in the evening at dynamic rock from 7.30 until 10. These
are mainly aimed at the bouldering team but anyone that wants to come is
welcome. This is possibly a more structured session than usual, starting
with a warm up, ending with some conditioning and stretching off, and with
a general mix of exercises in the middle.

Wednesday night is a student night at dynamic rock so it is £5 entry, and
unfortunately you need to get a lift off someone. To make this work can any
drivers with space post on facebook please. Once this is going I may do
some Thursday evening uni wall sessions as well so that we don't have the
lifts issue.
