Log message:
	Implemented zod, including chatpriv check. Protection isn't yet taken
	into account. Note that there is no mrod, since we don't (yet) have a
	bulletin board. So this just ejects from the talker, i.e. kicks the
	user completely. Which is what mrod should do really, but what the
	heck ;-)
