[mw-devel] mw rpms

The rpms for mw are now available in

/home/member/pwb/usr/src/rpm/RPMS/i386/mw3-2.13.4-1.i386.rpm
/home/member/pwb/usr/src/rpm/SRPMS/mw3-2.13.4-1.src.rpm

After this is installed on silver, all the .bb, .t and .i files need 
moving over (as do the old logs) and the old symlink at /usr/local/bin/mw 
should be removed.

I've committed to cvs all the changes to the Makefile and headers which 
were needed (actually very few), but not the spec file as I don't think it 
really belongs in the source tree.
