Removed "I" (auto-ignore) from !help special (fixes #24).

Added "saya" and "martian" gags to .help gag (fixes #25).
Corrected (updated?) chatmodes for "annoy", "babel", "bunny", "french", "morse" and "nosport" gags in .help gag.
