[mw-devel] MW3 r1001 - trunk (Sent manually)

svn thinks help.tar is text so the email for this commit was held up for
being too big (and should be discarded). Here's a summary:

Commit log:

Remove help.tar as it isn't used
More Makefile tweaks:
- Simplify tarball rule (and packaging) by making a tarball of all the
source instead of select bits
- Use TMPDIR variable
- Remove unused help.tar rule
Updated and tested the spec file accordingly

Diff without the help.tar rubbish is attached.
