 Add (yet another) command parser table which offers a simplified irc
 command set.
 may want to offer a chatmode flag to disable this for anyone it annoys.

 these commands should have pretty obvious mappings
  * /me -> .emote
  * /msg -> .sayto
  * /who -> .who
  * /join -> .room
  * /ignore -> .ignore
  * /quit -> .quit
  * /help -> .help
  * /kick -> .zod
