This is why that is the wrong way to do it, youve had to special case
that one message type.

its not a changeinfo event, those events are changes to people, and thus
are only made visible to people with a certain priv.

Deleting a url from the log should be visible to at least the same
number of people as posting the url in the first place was, as we cant
guarantee the deleter is on the same channel that it was originally
posted then that should be everyone.

so yes it is a system level event, but it should perhaps be colour code
15 'talker user action messages' like gag/zod/etc are.
