This has now been done.

trunk - contains the latest and greatest code
branches/beta - is what beta.sucs.org runs
branches/sucs-site - is what the main sucs site uses

People should now checkout 
https://projects.sucs.org/svn/sucs-site/trunk/ and commit to that.
