[SUCS Devel] SUCS Blog System/Planet

 From rev636 the Blog System and the Planet System has been ripped out 
of the main SUCS site.

The planet system will be readded once it has been completely detached 
from the blog system.

The Blog system will also reappear once the holes have been patched but 
only as a read only version.

If anyone wants to put them back into the site then feel free. However, 
don't readd the security holes.
