[Hiking] Lord Hereford's Knob, Karl's Houseparty, Summer Trip, Nighthike!

Heard you all had a good time in Glamorgan on Sunday, swimming and playing with aligators... pics are up on the web, go to http://www.uwshiking.org.uk/.
 
The next event planned is the orientbeering tomorrow, Wednesday 27th of April. Meeting outside the student village at 2:30pm, where you will be given maps and instructed to find beer within Clyne Gardens, ending up in a pub in Mumbles! Just turn up, the cost will be £2.50.
 
Next Saturday 30th April will be Karl's House Party!!! Karl lives at 33 Heol y Graig, Cwmgwrach, Neath Valley. Click on the following for buses from the Quadrant to Neath,

Unfortunately, the bus service on a Saturday isn't very good, especially being a bank holiday weekend(last service to Cwmgwrach leaves Neath at 3pm, however Karl says to arrive for mid afternoon, so it would be OK to arrive at this time if you wanted to) but if you've got a car I'd reccommend using that instead. Dont forget sleeping bags, booze and food for the BBQ!!! also, tents if you have them!! 

In the morning, the minibus will pick the party people up and take them for the usual Sunday hike, to Lord Hereford's Knob in the Brecon Beacons.  This will be a C grade walk and cost £3.50. If you want to go on the walk but not attend the party then that's fine also. 
 
Don't forget the Snowdonia Summer Trip from 6th-9th of June, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty where you will find Wales' tallest mountain! The cost of this trip will be £35. The sign up will be at 6pm in JC's on Tuesday the 3rd of May, immediately before the nighthike to Three Cliffs Bay&BBQ,  price of which is to be confirmed. 
Remember to come and pick up your hiking club t-shirts any time you can make a sign up!!
