[Hiking] Saturday's Walk

Hi Everyone,

As expected the walk on Saturday will be by Public transport.  >>Please

Walk: Bridgend valley walk.
Grade: A1

Summary: Starting out on the riverside, we soon leave Bridgend behind and
make our way down through the meadows of the Bridgend valley.  After
stepping stones, Ogmore castle and a second ruined castle to explore (free
entry) we make our way into the beautiful Ogmore dune system. Our walk
ends by pottering along the wide sandy beach at Porthcawl and ends by a
pretty little church.

Transport: 9.55 train Swansea to Bridgend
Service bus X2 from Porthcawl to Bridgend and train back to Swansea.
Est return ~6pm

Cost: Train - £4.40 return without a railcard or £2.90 with.
Bus - ~£2 single.

Meet at Swansea railway station at 9.45 at the latest to allow time to get
tickets and onto the train.
