[SUMC] Saving lives!

Hey Climbers!

Just a reminder that there is a first aid course this Thursday 6th
December. There are still 4 spaces available so please sign up if you're
interested.

The course runs for 3 hours (6pm-9pm) and the cost is £5. Alan (the
instructor) will cover basic first aid skills such as CPR, recovery
position and how to deal with serious bleeding. These skills are useful
both in every day life (you could help the old dear who falls over if you
have a heart) as well as at the crag. You will also get a pretty
certificate at the end.

If you have signed up for the course you need to pay your £5 to Matt
Riordan before Thursday!
