[Pybackpack] rdiff-backup 1.1.10

Hi folks,

I thought you might like to know that rdiff-backup 1.1.10 has been released:

This release includes my patch to enable restoring from read-only
volumes such as CD-Rs, so finally you will be able to restore your
backed up files from read-only locations with pybackpack without copying
them to a read/write location first.

If you want to help rdiff-backup improve (thus improving pybackpack),
please consider testing their new release and reporting bugs to the
rdiff-backup developers.
